A few gentle reminders 🧪
- U-100 vs U-40: This calculator assumes a U-100 insulin / peptide pen where 1 mL = 100 units. Older U-40 syringes divide by 40 instead.
- Overfill: Vials often contain a small amount of overfill. Draw exactly the water volume the calculator recommends — the peptide powder does not meaningfully add to the final volume for the doses used here.
