Mixing 101

STEP 01
Swab & warm
Room-temp the vials. Wipe both stoppers with an alcohol swab.
STEP 02
Draw BAC water
Pull your target volume (usually 1–2 mL) into a sterile syringe.
STEP 03
Trickle down the side
Angle the needle and let the water run down the vial wall — never onto the powder.
STEP 04
Swirl, don't shake
Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Label with date + concentration. Done. ✨
Quick maths
Concentration = peptide mg ÷ BAC water mL. On a U-100 pen, 1 mL = 100 units. So a 10 mg vial + 2 mL BAC water = 5 mg/mL, and every 1 unit on the pen delivers 0.05 mg (50 mcg).
