What we store: If you create a client-area account to track your vials, we store your email address, an encrypted password hash, and the vial and dose-log entries you choose to record (product, vial size, BAC water volume, dose, cadence and dose timestamps). No payment details, health data, medical history or identity documents are ever collected or stored.
How we use it: Your account data is used for one purpose only — so we can see which products are being bought and reordered, so we know what stock to keep on hand. It is not sold, shared, profiled, or used for marketing.
Where it lives: Data is held on our managed backend with row-level security, so each account can only ever read or write its own records. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
How long we keep it: Order records are retained for 7 years to meet Australian tax and record-keeping requirements. Client-area account data (vials and dose logs) is kept for as long as your account is active. If your account is inactive for 24 months, or if you email us to request deletion, all associated vial and dose-log data is permanently erased within 30 days.
Your rights: You can view, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing peptopialabs@gmail.com. We will never use your tracking data for anything beyond restocking decisions.
