We ship within Australia only.

Orders are express posted in discreet padded bags within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

A tracking number is provided by email once your parcel is lodged with Australia Post.

Payment is via bank deposit (direct bank transfer) only.

Bank details will be provided upon receiving your order. Your order will be dispatched once funds have cleared.

Due to the nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

PeptopiaLabs collects only the information required to process orders: name, shipping address and email. We do not sell, rent or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request a full export or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting peptopialabs@gmail.com.

What we store: If you create a client-area account to track your vials, we store your email address, an encrypted password hash, and the vial and dose-log entries you choose to record (product, vial size, BAC water volume, dose, cadence and dose timestamps). No payment details, health data, medical history or identity documents are ever collected or stored.

How we use it: Your account data is used for one purpose only — so we can see which products are being bought and reordered, so we know what stock to keep on hand. It is not sold, shared, profiled, or used for marketing.

Where it lives: Data is held on our managed backend with row-level security, so each account can only ever read or write its own records. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

How long we keep it: Order records are retained for 7 years to meet Australian tax and record-keeping requirements. Client-area account data (vials and dose logs) is kept for as long as your account is active. If your account is inactive for 24 months, or if you email us to request deletion, all associated vial and dose-log data is permanently erased within 30 days.

Your rights: You can view, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing peptopialabs@gmail.com. We will never use your tracking data for anything beyond restocking decisions.

By placing an order with PeptopiaLabs you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or representative of a research institution, and that the products will be used exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research.

Products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, dietary supplementation, cosmetic application, or any therapeutic purpose. The customer assumes full responsibility for safe handling, storage and disposal in accordance with applicable laws.

PeptopiaLabs's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
