In stockStabilized analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH).
Tesamorelin is a stabilized 44-amino-acid analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Rather than replacing growth hormone directly, it acts upstream on the pituitary to restore the body's own natural, pulsatile release of GH and downstream IGF-1. This preserves the physiological rhythm of GH secretion, which is why it is the only GHRH analog approved for the reduction of HIV-associated visceral adipose tissue.
It taps your brain on the shoulder and says 'hey, release growth hormone like you did when you were younger' — mostly while you sleep. That natural nightly pulse helps burn off deep belly fat, hold onto muscle, and improves recovery. It works with your body's normal rhythm instead of overriding it.
Recommended: use a single-use, sterile drawing syringe and needle for reconstitution — available in the accessories section.

Common questions
Endogenous GH release is naturally pulsatile and peaks during deep sleep. Dosing tesamorelin before bed on an empty stomach amplifies that nocturnal pulse rather than fighting it.
Not required — tesamorelin works standalone. Some research protocols pair a GHRH analog with a GHRP for synergistic pituitary release, but that is an addition, not a requirement.
